SGi are set to work on the new Boots at the Royal Derby Hospital, a 334 million development that opened in July 2009.
The pharmacy will serve the visiting public to the hospital and is due to open after Easter 2010. SGi will manage and deliver the shop fitting programme.
SGi have worked with Boots for the past two years on its Alliance pharmacy rebranding programme, which saw SGi complete more than 50 projects.
