The SGi Group is helping retailers renovate and revamp their stores using an innovative product - the gondola skate.
This new product, developed by Fourmi®, is a series of skates that are placed under gondolas. Each skate can hold 750kg and they enable gondalas to be moved easily with limited demerchandising.
Gary Pearce, SGi managing director, said: "The big win with the skates is that they enable retailers to change the look of their stores by swapping, repositioning or adding to their existing gondola layout without the need to spend the money on a refit. With a few tactical changes, they can achieve a fresh new look in a very short time."
